Pengaruh Manajemen Stres dan Kepercayaan Diri terhadap Peningkatan Prestasi Olahraga

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen stress terhadap peningkatan prestasi olahraga, mengetahui pengaruh percaya diri terhadap peningkatan prestasi olahraga serta mengetahui pengaruh manajemen stress dan percaya diri terhadap peningkatan prestasi olahraga . penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga tahun 2020. Sampel diambil secara acak random mahasiswa S1 sebanyak 40 orang sampel sebagai partisipan. Data dianalisis dengan statistik inferensial yaitu uji korelasi sederhana, lineritas, regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koeefisien dan Anova didapatkan nilai signifikansi manajemen stress terhadap presatsi olahraga sebesar 0.035 < α 0.05, maka dapat nilai signifikansi percaya diri terhadap prestasi olahraga sebesar 0.043 < α 0.05 dan nilai signifikansi manajemen stress dan percaya diri terhadap prestasi olahraga sebesar 0,009 < α 0.05 maka dapat dikatakan manajemen stress dan percaya diri secara bersama-sama memang berpengaruh terhadap positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi olahraga. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian kedepan lebih melihat faktor-faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi prestasi olahraga.
