Pentingnya kebugaran jasmani bagi mahasiswa: Bagaimana dengan tingkat kebugaran mahasiswa olahraga pasca pandemi covid-19?

Abstract

Masalah: Kebugaran jasmani harus dipertahankan oleh setiap individu termasuk mahasiswa olahraga. Masih kurangnya kurang optimalnya mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan praktik memicu peneliti  untuk melakukan riset terkait dengan hal tersebut.

Tujuan: Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa departemen kepelatihan.

Metode: Sebanyak 32 orang mahasiswa laki-laki ikut berpartisipasi pada Penelitian ini. Data mengenai Tingkat kebugaran mereka diambil dengan melakukan cooper test. Setelah melakukan tes tersebut dan data berhasil dikumpulkan maka dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif.

Hasil: Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 6% mahasiswa sudah memiliki Tingkat kebugaran yang sangat baik, 38% baik, 44% cukup, 9% kurang, dan 3% masih sangat kurang.

Kesimpulan: Tingkat kebugaran mahasiswa secara umum masih berada pada kategori cukup, sehingga mereka perlu untuk meningkatkannya dengan melakukan berbagai aktifitas fisik yang mereka senangi. Mahasiswa harus pandai membagi waktu untuk belajar, bermain, dan berolarhaga.
